A POULTRY ASSOCIATION OF GOLD CORD was founded by Master Suassuna in the 60s, more exactly on the 1st September 1967, along with Master Brasilia, a time of great festivals of Brazilian popular music.

Upon hearing the chorus of the song, the two, now with the idea of opening a gym, decided to use the name GOLD CORD, because it is  Beetle Gold Cord, prior to the Capoeira Angola and Regional division

Master Suassuna teach Capoeira Regional and Capoeira Angola Master Brasilia Within the same space.

After a short period, Mestre Brasilia Decided to found his own group, Sao Bento Grande.

Today, with Numerous Subsidiaries in Brazil and around the world, the group CORD GOLD has an important role among all groups of capoeira, not only because it Represents the Master Suassuna for sport and culture, but Also by the effort

undertaken by him and his supporters.

In order to keep poultry in a highly technical level, interacting speed, agility, flexibility, creativity, music and malice,

without forgetting its roots. Has Been This effort offset by the dedication of capoeiristas who follow the philosophy of the CDO group.
